Camp Scholarships

There are several funds at JFCS that have been established to assist Jewish youth to participate in various summer experiences. If your child is interested in taking part in a camping or travel experience, or in pursuing another area of special interest during the summer, please contact us for more information or an application. Scholarships are available online and must be submitted by March 28. Letter informing applicants of the status of their requests are generally sent out by April 30.

PJ Library Camp Scholarships

PJ Goes to Camp is an incentive program for first-time campers who are subscribers, or may have been subscribers or are a sibling of a subscriber, to The PJ Library® and live anywhere in North America. The program is managed by the Foundation for Jewish Camp, in partnership with the Grinspoon Institute and the Harold Grinspoon Foundation’s The PJ Library® Program.

Academic Scholarship Funds

JFCS administers a number of scholarship funds for post-secondary education. If you are interested in applying for any of these funds, complete the Scholarship Application. After clicking the link, you must download the PDF and save to your computer in order to edit it. Then submit it, along with 1-2 letters of recommendation and your most recent academic transcript to: JFCS, Attn: College Scholarship 13100 Wayzata Boulevard, Suite 400, Minnetonka, MN 55305, or email to drubin@jfcsmpls.org.

Applications are accepted Nov. 1 through May 31 each year.
