2. Strengthen our services through collaboration

b. Expand and deepen key collaborative relationships.

c. Identify and pursue new collaborative opportunities.

3. Increase our financial resources in order to sustain our mission and vision.

a. Create cause-related giving opportunities for donors .

c. Preserve and enhance government support and relationships.

d. Educate and encourage Board, staff and volunteers to identify and

facilitate funding opportunities.
